Telehealth Psychologist in Arizona
As a clinical psychologist in Arizona, my mission is to facilitate psychological healing and growth in individuals and organizations so that they can function in harmony with their values and purpose.
I believe that one’s mind, body and personal environment are inseparable and that health or illness may be reflected in one or all of them. My work addresses all levels of a person. My approach is kind, supportive, direct, and sometimes humorous.
I practice traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy in a modern, video-based, HIPAA-compliant platform. If you are technology-shy, I can help make the process easy and personable. You can learn more about my psychotherapy approach and services under Psychological Services.
Studies have proven psychotherapy by video to be just as effective as therapy in an office setting.
I also teach, speak, and consult. Medical and psychological organizations and professionals can learn more about in-service trainings under the Workshops tab.
